• Started as temporary worker for the Liquid Packaging area, Palletizing Section and got hired on in September 2010 as a Lead Man. • Oversees and manages workloads for 8 operators and 10 temporary employees. • Manages the budget in a fiscally responsible manner. • Meets deadlines for delivery daily. • Performs a strict quality assurance process to produce superior product. • Assists employees in the express production lines for dish washing and liquid, laundry detergent.
Supervisor and Shift Coordinator

• Coordinator for the image transfer and quality inspection process for the production of printed circuit boards for both local and international high-tech markets.
• Responsible for assuring the quality, maintaining efficiency, and the achievement of my department’s on-time delivery of PC boards.
• Checked quality of PC boards using precision measurement equipment such as a microscope, copper weight tester, coding and density weight, vernier for grout, and diameter gauges.
• Most quality inspection was visual (i.e. outward dimensions) but also worked with computerized testing machines to compare images from one group range to the transfer image.
• I was ISO 9000 certified and operated up to this quality management standard.
• I was the head of DRT (Defect Reduction Team) a group of dedicated leaders with the specific target to detect and prevent scrap wherever it may strike production.
• Performed chemical analysis, prepare chemical baths according to formulas and maintaining ISO standards for the maintenance of all plant equipment.
• The production priority was the QTA (quick turnaround) list during the first shift in order to expedite the process during the second shift.
• Found excursion-type problems and resolved immediate issues that might slow down the process (i.e. bottlenecks, equipment troubleshooting, shifting of manpower, etc.) Communicated with the maintenance and management department, if necessary.
• In the event of defects, I presented a report to management explaining possible root causes and improvement plans to minimize future occurrences.
• Reported on six different production defects assigned to me (outer layer opens, open due to handling scratches before etcher, handling scratches after solder mask, mechanical damage, etc).
• Constantly sought to improve on existing processes. Developed and wrote procedures to help operations run more efficiently.
• Arranged the manpower to achieve company delivery schedules and controlled the time clock and vacation scheduling for 76 employees in three different shifts (morning, second, and graveyard). My direct report was to the Production Director of Compeq Int. I also helped manage the second shift with 12 departments and 70 employees.
• Accountable for material control, cost control of the image transfer area.
• Enforced company policies and security issues during the shift. Held regular meetings with staff.
• Trained both current and new employees on production processes, machinery, and quality-control adherence.
• Traveled to Taiwan in the summer of 2005 to observe the operations of the headquarters company. I wrote and presented a comparison analysis and improvement proposal to management.
